These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Fluid Spa website (“Website”) and gift cards issued by Fluid Spa (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Website or purchasing and using a gift card, you agree to these Terms.

Gift cards can be used for purchases and services at Fluid Spa, located at:

Gift cards are not redeemable for cash, except as required by law.

2. Redemption & Balance Inquiry

Gift cards may be redeemed for eligible products and services. Customers can check their balance by inquiring by phone, emailing [email protected], or at our location.

You will receive an email confirmation of your gift card. Your email confirmation is your E-Gift Card. Please print the confirmation and gift card number or show the E-Gift Card on your phone at Fluid Spa to redeem. Physical gift cards will not be mailed and are only delivered via email.

Promotional Gift Cards expire after 6 months and are not valid for retail products or medical services (including RMT).

3. Lost, Stolen, or Unauthorized Use

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards. Customers must safeguard their cards. If a gift card is lost or stolen, it will not be replaced or refunded unless required by law.

4. Expiration & Fees

Gift cards do not expire and do not have inactivity fees, unless otherwise stated. If applicable, any expiration dates will be clearly disclosed at the time of purchase. 

Promotional Gift Cards expire after 6 months and are not valid for retail products or medical services (including RMT).

5. Refunds & Returns

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. Items purchased using a gift card will be subject to our standard return policy.

6. Fraud & Theft Prevention

We reserve the right to deactivate or refuse to accept gift cards suspected of fraudulent activity or issued as a result of theft. Purchases made with stolen credit cards may be canceled, and the corresponding gift card may be voided.

7. Transferability

Gift cards may be used by anyone who possesses them. However, they may not be resold, transferred for value, or used in unauthorized promotions without prior written consent from Fluid Spa.

8. User Accounts & Registration

If users create an account on our Website, they are responsible for maintaining the security of their login information. We are not liable for any unauthorized access due to lost or compromised credentials. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our policies.

9. Order Processing & Payment

All orders placed through the Website are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Accepted payment methods will be listed at checkout.

10. Shipping & Delivery

Gift cards are delivered exclusively via email. There are no shipping costs or physical deliveries for gift cards. Customers must ensure they provide a valid email address to receive their E-Gift Card.

11. Privacy Policy Reference

Your use of our Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect customer data. By using our Website, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, images, branding, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of Fluid Spa. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any material without prior written consent.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration or litigation in Langley, BC, Canada.

14. Limitation of Liability

We make no warranties, express or implied, with respect to gift cards, the Website, or any products and services offered. This includes but is not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. If a gift card is non-functional, the sole remedy is replacement of the card.

We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Website or gift cards.

15. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to all Website users and gift card holders.
